Orders are shipped from our warehouse via FedEx and are processed within 1-3 business days of order receipt.  All US orders ship from our warehouse located in Southern California.  All Canadian orders ship from our warehouse located in British Columbia.

Delivery time is 3-5 business days from date of shipment for Standard delivery and 1-3 business days for Expedited delivery. When shipping to remote areas, Alaska and Hawaii please allow for additional ship time due to location.

Currently, we only ship within the US and Canada, including Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam and US Virgin Islands).  However, please visit our store locator for local and online retailers in your area or US retailers that ship internationally.

Shipping rates are based on the number of items in your order and will be automatically calculated in your shopping cart based on your zip code.

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully processed.  In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped.  This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

We know that sometimes a product that seemed perfect for you online may not work out for you in real life.  We want to make it easy for you to make a change so all merchandise purchased at may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to the RETURN REQUIREMENTS listed below. 

timi & leslie items not purchased at but at separate retailers, online or in-store, must be returned to them directly. 

SHIPPING COSTS: Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs related to any return or exchange. All refunds issued will be less the initial cost of shipping. Any incorrect or incomplete shipping address information may result in additional shipping fees to you.

RMA NUMBER: A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is needed for all returns. To obtain an RMA number, please email customerservice @ with your name, original order number and the reason for your return.

Once you have received your RMA number, clearly print it on your return address label affixed to the outside of your return package.

Please ship your return to us using a delivery service that provides a tracking number and requires a signature for verification of receipt (i.e. UPS, FedEx or USPS registered mail). We strongly recommend that you insure the package. If you ship using a non-trackable shipping method and the items get lost, we will feel very badly because we will be unable to process your refund or exchange.

We must receive your package within 15 days of the date the RMA number(s) was issued, if we receive it after the 15 day period, the RMA number will no longer be valid and we won’t be able to process your refund or exchange. RMA number(s) cannot be reissued for any reason.

ORIGINAL RECEIPT: We need your original receipt (invoice) so it must be included with your return or exchange to get your refund or exchange credit. 

ORIGINAL PACKAGING: Returned merchandise needs to be in its original packaging, in original, unused condition with all parts and accessories (changing pad, stroller straps, shoulder strap, dirty clothes sac, bottle tote, clutch, etc.) included and also in original, unused condition. 

ALL SALE ITEMS FINAL: All purchases on SALE items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged unless there is damage to an item or an incorrect item was received.
